Custom items are made specifically for you and cannot be refunded unless defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will review and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Processing time: 5–10 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After processing has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
